Creditors Advice
If you have received notice of a Meeting of Creditors and are unsure what to do, McAlister & Co can help.
The purpose of the meeting will be to appoint a Liquidator or to approve/reject proposals for a Voluntary Arrangement. The meeting also provides a forum for creditors to raise questions pertinent to the debtor or company's affairs. Upon receipt of formal Notice of a Meeting of Creditors, or if you believe that your debtor is insolvent e-mail or call us for initial advice
In certain circumstances McAlister & Co would be willing to provide specialist representation for you and provide a report of the meeting and the likelihood of recovering sums due.
